Last year, Vlad Cazino started the partnership with the Romanian stand-up comedy actor Cătălin Bordea, through an effervescent campaign, with many unique actions, including the first “roast battle” between the character Vlad (the little friendly vampire, host of vladcazino.ro) and the famous stand-up comedian. It is worth mentioning that this special collaboration, which continues in 2021, was not limited to the introduction of Cătălin Bordea in the world of animations and comics, but also involved the presence of the cute animated vampire Vlad in a real stand-up comedy show.
The Global Headliners’ portfolio already covers over 30 of the most appreciated comedians in Romania, online and offline, including names like Cătălin Bordea. The stand-up comedy agency was founded by Călin Creţu, Lucian Ștefan, Matei Dima and Micutzu – Cosmin Nedelcu and aims to promote this field through events, unique workshops and projects, including discovering new talents that have the potential to grow the local entertainment industry.

“Atelier de scris 2021” (Writing workshop 2021) is the first project carried out under the umbrella of Global Headliners in order to identify people who can get involved in the development of written humor in Romania, whether it is stand-up comedy, sketch, film or advertising.
“In a period of major entertainment development, stand-up comedy has taken the first position in people’s preferences in terms of humor. For this reason, the way people perceive this type of content is changing. Humor is an integral part of all means of communication and is an essential element in movies, series, commercials or television shows”, emphasize the project organizers.
Thus, those passionate about writing and comedy had the opportunity to send a funny text written by them. The selected people arrived at the writing camp where for 8 days they developed their skills and were trained by experienced people – Micutzu Cosmin Nedelcu, Adrian Nicolae, George Adrian, Matei Dima and Alex Coteț. Basically, it was a “boot camp” for young talents in stand-up comedy field. The project was a complete success, with over 500 registrations.
Along with the influencers of the moment, 12 possible future influencers had a very consistent experience, in support of Romanian entertainment. Vlad Casino was involved as the main sponsor, facilitating the first place prize and the production of a joint project carried out with the winner. It is the first joint initiative of Global Headliners – Vlad Casino, but both parties have declared their openness to collaborate in the future to really help the entertainment in Romania, to offer the public rich content, of very good quality.

In our country, Kindred Group recorded a 63% increase in the number of active customers in the last quarter of 2020. Quarterly revenues almost doubled, compared to the last quarter of 2019.
