Marnell Corporate Centre, Tony’s jewel
According to the new tendencies in the field, which say that the employees feel a good influence of the nature, which offers them a relaxed working environment and where they can better valorise their talent, in the last two years Marnell had begun developing a very ambitious project: Marnell Corporate Center. A class centre of twelve buildings consisting of a total premise of 736.000 m2 of offices, warehouses, restaurants (Panevino and Gourmet Deli) and commercial premises. Marnell Corporate Center occupies an area of 37 acres on the south zone of Sunset Road, to the east of Las Vegas Boulevard South, strategically placed at the crossroad of 15 and I-125 interstate highway, very close to the McCarran International Airport, this building centre offers a facile access to all the important points in Las Vegas Valley.
Although Marnell Corrao had developed enough smaller construction commercial projects in the entire valley, in its history, Marnell Corporate Center marks the first great park office for the multi-service firm.
XPressWest, an investment in the future
Marnell has perceived that, after for 25 years of studying the benefits brought by the high speed trains in Japan and Europa, they would bring a great economical plus, and he built the XPressWest project.
His vision was to build a high speed train line in Las Vegas and in the South of California, a project to be ended around 2034. Situated along the I-15 Interstate Highway, this high speed train line will cover over 200 miles of railways. The USA population rises to 300 million people, and the train could become an ecological and cheap travel conveyance. Marnell’s perception is that this high speed railway will fill his wallet. For example, the Amtrack railway between San Diego and Los Angeles is the second most profitable in the country.
With an incredible business acumen and with a very well developed will and nourished in time with successful projects, Tony Marnell II represents “an asset” of the city, namely a man who pushes forward the continuous development of Vegas.
