One may say that September was Game World’s month as on September 20 the company celebrated a very special event on its timeline: the 15-year anniversary. In this way Game World is part of a very select category of companies with such a long record of activity in the field of the games of chance in Romania. The importance of this long record of activity is very strong, the reputation of the company and the extensive experience accumulated during this period being only two of the most relevant examples.
In the same time, the 15-year anniversary is a success of the entire Game World’s team – from top management until the front line members – a team that has managed to keep, over all this period, the initial promise made to its clients even from the beginning of its activity, in September 1999: to offer a complete gaming experience, in an exquisite ambiance and with high standards of quality services. Therefore, the true success of the company is not only that it became – soon after opening the first gaming hall – one of the preferred choices of the clients but it has managed to continuously keep this position over all these years.
The accumulated experience – both at the company level as at the level of each individual member – was the foundation for the future development of the company, a development consistent with Game World business philosophy. The first gaming hall, opened by Game Word in September 1999 inside Bucharest Mall, continues to be even today, after 15 years, the largest gaming hall in Romania, offering over 170 gaming seats and a large variety of games matching a diversity of clients’ preferences. In addition, Game World is present also in other 4 locations in Bucharest – Sun Plaza, Liberty Center, Calea Mosilor and Soseaua Colentina – as well as in other 5 cities across Romania: Constanta, Cluj, Alba Iulia, Sibiu and Brasov.
The 15-year anniversary was the best opportunity to celebrating together with the clients and to offering them a new series of premieres, in the form of new games, new shows and record breaking prizes. For example, during the anniversary party, Game World Bucharest Mall has awarded a total amount of prizes exceeding 85.000 Euro in a single day, on the 20th of September, which is indeed a new record considering the long series of lotteries and promotions organized by Game World so far.
It goes without saying that the most exciting prize awarded during the anniversary party was the Gyrocopter – a unique combination between a helicopter and a small airplane. And the Gyrocopter is just another example of unique prize awarded by Game World, completing a very attractive series of prizes that includes – only in the last 2 years – 2 Chevrolet Camaro cars, 9 Volkswagen Amarok, 3 Mini Countryman, 10 Volkswagen Beetle and – another premiere in Romania – a Polaris airplane !
As an example of the commitment for entertaining and exciting new offers, in the very next day after the anniversary celebration Game World has launched a new promotion – „Play to Win 3 Classic Cars at Game World Bucharest Mall!” – with an impressive total amount of prizes, 410.000 Euro. This promotion includes of course a new premiere, as the special prizes are 3 spectacular classic cars: Morgan +4 from 1962, Chevrolet Corvette 1982 and Dodge Challenger din 1974, some of the most admired models exhibited at the classic cars shows and events organized in the last period.
Regarding the entertainment, the anniversary party was again a great time for all participants that were really excited by the show. Everybody appreciated the performance of the well-known local star Connect-R and of his band, just another example of quality entertainment on the stage from Game World Bucharest Mall. Este clar că vedetele au o relaţie specială cu Game World pentru că numai în acest an au susţinut concerte aici şi alţi artişti deosebit de apreciaţi precum Alex Velea, Anna Lesko, Matteo sau Sonny Flame.
Premierele Game World nu s-au limitat doar la premii record, petreceri şi spectacole. La fel de apreciate au fost şi noutăţile propuse în zona jocurilor, ca de exemplu noile aparate GameStar sau sistemul Alfastreet Roulette Jackpot, introduse de curând.
