When did you start the business Caffe Las Vegas gaming hall business? How did it all begun?

The first 5 LAS VEGAS CAFFE gaming halls were opened in Iasi in 2010. From the beginning we wanted to develop in a distinct manner compared to the gambling competition, through the nature of customer service, I am referring here to the comfort and promotional activities carried out in our facilities. The idea to offer our customers beautiful moments and make them feel the LAS VEGAS atmosphere, known only by media, motivated us to address customers so that to make them feel respected and pleased to be our customers. In all cities approached by us a social phenomenon has appeared, people started to come in our gaming halls to have fun, to satisfy their curiosity about the meaning of LAS VEGAS. It is known that every customer is important to us, not only at declarative level, we are trying to bring such services in our activity so that we could to satisfy all customers.

Why does the player come into the Las Vegas Caffe rooms to have fun? What do you offer in addition to competition?

We watched and we wanted this relationship between us and the player to be a lengthy one, and for that it took a lot of patience, the ability to find the right moment to give the player something new when there is the risk of that relationship to become routine for us all.

The player loyalty program and other promotional activities are conducted in a transparent manner, giving equal chances to all customers. Our players come to us also for the peaceful and friendly atmosphere offered by our employees and by our interior design, which is the glue that helps them socialize long enough to feel determined to return to our halls. All this is possible thanks to the positive attitude of the players, largely satisfied with the way that our devices work and with the winnings they give.

What is the mix of games offered by the Las Vegas Caffe gaming halls?

As it is natural, we consider and take into account the wish our clients, as well, in order to turn to those mixes covering all tastes in terms of gambling. We have the most popular and played mixes offered by well-known manufacturers, but we recognize that we are quite selective in this regard.

These products are relatively new on the soft drinks market, but not for the customers of our gaming halls. There are drinks that are suitable to be consumed during various events, each flavor having a sleek, well-defined taste. The already very popular soft drinks are purchased out of habit, and most of the people no longer enjoy their aroma, we offer these beverages in order to take the customers out of the routine and make them savor the flavors of these drinks, which have a very good price – quality ratio!

Why do you think it is important for the gambling operators in our country to have the DMS range of drinks on the menu of the bars of their gaming halls?

These refreshments offer the opportunity to meet the taste of a wide range of consumers, with distinct flavors, which have the advantage to blend perfectly in any long drink mix.

The design and layout of the recipients are easily noted in any display mode, expendable packaging and the ease of storing large quantities in small spaces are real advantages for those who have a relatively small and limited space allocated for the bar business of their gaming hall.

You have game rooms all over the country: Arad, Pașcani, Brașov, Iași, Oradea, Ploiești, Suceava sau Cluj. How would you characterize the Las Vegas Caffe gaming hall player?

Most of our players are the demanding player type, in terms of available services, they experts in game mixes, constant in attendance and generally pleased by the set of advantages they create for themselves by being present in our rooms.

What are the future projects of Las Vegas Caffe?

We do not dare to think about our future in this business given how busy we are with the present time and I am referring here to the fact that the market is oversaturated and chaotically organized, that the related legislation is unstable and biased and at last but not least that a considerable percentage of income is transferred to the state due to the nebula of taxes which do not take into account the development projects of each investor. Când ați demarat afacerea cu săli de joc Las Vegas Caffe? Și cum a început totul?

Primele 5 Săli de joc LAS VEGAS CAFFE s-au deschis la Iași în 2010. De la început am dorit să ne dezvoltăm într-un mod distinct față de concurența din domeniul jocurilor de noroc prin natura serviciilor oferite clientului referindu-mă aici la confortul și activitățile promoționale desfășurate în locațiile noastre. Ideea de a oferi clienților noștri momente frumoase și de a-i face să simtă atmosfera LAS VEGAS știută doar din media ne-a motivat să abordăm clientul astfel încât să–i facă să se simtă respectați și mulțumiți că sunt clienții noștri. În toate orașele abordate de noi s-a creat un fenomen social în care oamenii vin să se distreze, vin să-și satisfacă curiozitatea legată de ceea ce înseamnă LAS VEGAS. Este știut faptul că fiecare client este important pentru noi, nu doar la nivel declarativ, încercând să aducem în activitatea noastră servicii care să mulțumească toți clienții.

De ce vine jucătorul să se distreze în sălile Las Vegas Caffe? Ce îi oferiți în plus față de concurență?

Am privit și ne-am dorit ca această relație între noi și jucător să fie una de lungă durată, iar pentru aceasta a fost nevoie de multă răbdare, de capacitatea de a găsi momentul oportun în care să-i oferi ceva nou jucătorului atunci când există riscul ca această relație să devină rutină pentru noi toți.

Aceste produse sunt relativ noi pe piața băuturilor răcoritoare, dar nu și pentru clienții noștri din sălile de joc. Sunt băuturi care se pretează a fi consumate în cadrul diferitelor evenimente având un design elegant, un gust bine definit pentru fiecare aromă. Băuturile răcoritoare deja foarte consacrate sunt cumpărate din obișnuință, iar cei mai mulți nu mai savurează aroma, noi oferim aceste băuturi tocmai pentru a scoate consumatorul din rutină și a-l determina să savureze aromele acestor băuturi răcoritoare care sunt la un raport CALITATE – PREȚ foarte bun!

De ce credeți că este important pentru operatorii de jocuri de noroc de la noi din țară să aibă gama de băuturi DMS în meniul barurilor din incinta sălilor lor de joc?

Aceste băuturi răcoritoare oferă posibilitatea de a satisface o gamă largă de consumatori prin aromele distincte care au și avantajul de a se combina perfect în orice mix long drink.

Designul și grafica recipientelor se face remarcată în orice mod de expunere, ambalajul nereturnabil și ușurința de a depozita cantități mari în spații mici reprezintă avantaje pentru cei care au spațiu relativ mic și limitat alocat activității de bar în sălile de joc.

Aveți săli de joc peste tot în țară: Arad, Pașcani, Brașov, Iași, Oradea, Ploiești, Suceava sau Cluj. Cum ați caracteriza jucătorul din sălile Las Vegas Caffe?

Majoritatea jucătorilor noștri sunt tipul jucătorului pretențios din punctul de vedere al serviciilor de care dispune, bun cunoscător al mixurilor de jocuri, constant ca prezență și mulțumit în ansamblu de avantajele care și le creează prin prezența în sălile noastre.

Care sunt proiectele de viitor ale lui Las Vegas Caffe?

Nu prea îndrăznim să ne gândim la viitorul nostru în această afacere având în vedere cât de ocupați suntem cu prezentul și mă refer aici la faptul că piața este suprasaturată și haotic organizată, la faptul că legislația în domeniu este instabilă și părtinitoare și nu în ultimul rând la faptul că un procent considerabil din venit este virat statului în nebuloasa de taxe și impozite care  nu țin cont de proiectele de dezvoltare ale fiecărui investitor. Așadar consider că putem vorbi de viitor dacă luăm în considerare expansiunea companiei noastre într-o țară cu taxe și impozite care-ți permit să te dezvolți și oferă un cadru legislativ stabil.
