THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSE BY THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA Perhaps the most important thing in the process of transparency and reflection of the reality in respect to granting of an award is the Method of Choosing the Winners. First and foremost we have conceived a simple algorithm of choosing which will reflect on one hand the image of a company in the eyes of the players (for the cases in which they are able to express a pertinent opinion, like the game device operation area, or live casinos, gaming halls or betting agencies) and this will count for 50% of the final vote, and the other 50% will consist of the vote of the other players in the market, which will not be able to vote for themselves though. The players will express their „popular vote” on the www.casinoinside.ro website. The vote will be confidential, the people who vote will only have to register on the voting platform with a minimum of required data before choosing their favorite. The voting platform will allow only the expression of a single election, it will not be possible to vote more than once. As the player votes as he likes, the other companies that will participate in the voting process of a particular category will have to take into account the following considerations: – Client service, aspect of the location, services rendered. – Company size, number of locations/number of devices. – Social responsibility promoted in relation with the player, addiction prevention, own programs through which the company comes to the aid of the affected player. – Investment in innovation (equipment/business ideas). – Game Offer In support of the voting process will be assisted by Professional Associations and Employers’ Associations to which we will send the list of nominations and the fundamental criteria of the voting process, expressed above, but we will also record the votes of some companies that will want to express their opinions directly to us.   CATEGORIES, THE WAY OF VOTING, THE WINNERS AND THE NOMINEES ARE:

Poate cel mai important lucru în cadrul procesului de transparență și reflectare a realității în acordarea unui premiu este Modalitatea de Alegere a Câștigătorilor. În primul rând am gândit un algoritm de alegere simplu care să reflecte, pe de o parte, imaginea pe care o are o companie în ochii jucătorilor (acolo unde aceștia își pot exprima o opinie pertinentă, cum ar fi de exemplu în zona de operare a jocurilor de noroc, fie că vorbim de cazinouri live, săli de joc sau agenții de pariuri) și asta se va reflectă în 50% din votul final, iar cealaltă jumătate va fi formată din votul celorlalți actori din piață, care însă nu se vor putea vota pe ei înșiși. Jucătorii îsi vor exprima “votul popular” pe siteul www.casinoinside.ro. Votul va fi confidențial, persoanele care vor vota netrebuind decât să se înregistreze pe platforma de vot cu un minim de date necesare înainte de a-și alege favoritul. Platforma de vot nu va permite decât exprimarea unei singure alegeri, neputându-se vota de mai multe ori. Dacă jucătorul votează după cum îi place, în schimb celelalte firme care vor participa la procesul de votare de la o anumită categorie vor ține cont de următoarele aspecte: – Serviciul de client service, aspect locație, servicii oferite. – Dimensiunea companiei, număr de locații/număr de aparate. – Responsabilitatea socială promovată în relația cu jucătorul, prevenirea adicției, programe proprii prin care se vine în ajutorul jucătorului afectat. – Investiția în inovație (echipamente / idee de business). – Oferta de jocuri În sprijinul procesului de votare vom fi ajutați de Asociațiile Profesionale și Patronale de profil cărora le vom trimite lista de nominalizări și criteriile ce vor sta la baza votului membrilor lor exprimate mai sus, dar vom înregistra și voturi ale unor firme ce doresc să-și exprime opinia direct către noi.   CATEGORIILE,  MODUL DE VOTARE A CÂȘTIGĂTORILOR ȘI NOMINALIZĂRILE SUNT:
