About AOJND – Association of Remote Gambling Organizers
AOJND’s stated mission is to connect and bring together remote gambling operators and state institutions, providing its members with tools to operate professionally in the Romanian gambling market.
The Association of Remote Gambling Operators (AOJND) was founded in 2017 out of a desire to bring the main remote gambling operators under one roof, for clear representation in the industry. The association’s main purpose is to promote and protect the rights and interests of remote gambling operators licensed in Romania.
The association’s main role is to mediate relations between remote gambling operators and the government.
ReUnion of Gambling Professionals
The most important event in the Romanian gambling industry, the ReUnion of Gambling Professionals, has reached its 13th edition and is the main event dedicated to discussing the issues and opportunities in our gambling industry.
2025 brought additional turbulence to the gambling market. Operators are adapting, gaming machine manufacturers are adapting, and everyone in the industry, both vertically and horizontally, must reinvent themselves to withstand the new realities. Increased taxes have led to a decline in the number of operators in both retail and online, with everyone looking for solutions to survive. We invite you to join us on December 4 at our traditional business event to discuss and analyze the realities of this year, which is coming to an end. We invite you to participate in this event in large numbers to exchange ideas and opinions, to find out your views on the current situation and, of course, to find solutions to our problems.
The topics will cover: the black market, self-exclusion & the project to set up a Single Register of excluded and self-excluded persons, the Public Register of Gaming Facilities, legislation, taxation, fiscality, operation, marketing, technology, human resources, responsible gaming, and projects to be financed from taxes already paid by operators or other areas of interest.
