We had the pleasure to chat with Olga Levishina, CCO of BGaming, about the company she represents, about the products and services offered to partners and clients as well as about the impressive future plans for the global gambling industry.

Please tell us a few words about yourself and your professional background? How did you start your “adventure” in gambling?

Well, my professional career began 15 years ago, during that time I gained diverse experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. I had the chance to work with prestigious names such as Marriott and Crowne Plaza. Along the way, I found myself drawn into the B2B SaaS industry, where I had the opportunity to help an Austrian company expand its presence in the gambling sector.

Around 2.5 years back, I joined BGaming as a Senior Sales Executive. It’s been an incredible so far. My dedication paid off, and I was promoted to Head of the Sales Department. Today, I’m honored to hold the role of Chief Commercial Officer at BGaming, where I continue to grow and contribute to our success in the industry.


Tell us a few words about the BGaming company?

BGaming is beyond a typical iGaming content provider. We’re a dynamic game developer, publisher, and trusted partner that puts players first. Our portfolio includes over 150 diverse and top-quality games like video slots, scratch, card, crash, and casual games. We’re constantly listening to player feedback to make our games better.

Over 1,600 reputable casinos worldwide feature our titles, which support all kinds of currencies — fiat, crypto, and virtual — making it easy for operators to reach a global audience.

BGaming also focuses a lot on customer support, providing flexible game integration options and dedicated managers throughout our collaboration. What’s more, our marketing tools, festive game reskins, and customized game content help our clients achieve their desired business outcomes. Big names like Stake, Blaze, and Gamdom have already seen how our custom games can boost player engagement, increase revenue, and make their brands stand out.


What are the main strengths of the company in comparison with other companies whose object of activity is the production of gambling games?

One of our main strengths compared to other gambling game producers is, of course, our deep focus on understanding players and working with streamers. We really pay attention to what players want. We gather direct feedback from them, listen to industry influencers, and use analytical tools to create games players truly enjoy.

If we were alone in this way, we wouldn’t have achieved such success in understanding players without our valued partners. You know, when two or more strong companies come together and share ideas, they gain new perspectives, encourage bold experiments, and come up with even better products. That’s the power of collaboration.

For instance, our partner, the Scatters Club, a community of gambling streamers and players, helps us study user preferences, test new games, and incorporate their feedback during development. Also, we organized four online streamer races that strengthened our relationship with these influencers worldwide and resulted in 7th place in global gambling streaming reach.

Another example of a powerful collaboration is with Casinolytics, an AI analytical platform that provides real-time streaming data. These experts have over four years of experience in iGaming and studying streamers. Casinolytics helped us understand them better, leading to the creation of our unique online slot game, Aztec Clusters. We analyzed over 10,000 hours of streams to get insights that helped us create a highly popular and engaging game in the iGaming market.


What are the main games in the company’s portfolio that you offer to online gambling operators? Can you give a top 3 and possibly a short description of each of the 3?

We’ve got over 150 games in our portfolio, and not just three are on the top. Elvis Frog in Vegas and Bonanza Billion have been top picks for years.

Elvis Frog in Vegas is our original slot featuring Elvis Frog himself. It’s got that lively Vegas vibe with drum and blues music that players love. This game really put BGaming on the map in iGaming.

Bonanza Billion is another popular one. It is the first BGaming slot with cascading reels, where players can get several wins in a row, with symbols paying anywhere.

Our recent hit, Aztec Clusters, follows them. This slot was crafted entirely on data from streamers and players. Every detail in it was fine-tuned after watching and analyzing 10,000 hours of streams.

We also have Domnitor’s Treasure, an online slot tailored for the Romanian market. Players get to journey back to the Middle Ages with features like Hold and Win, three in-game Jackpots, and special Blazing reels during Free Spins with a Giant Symbol that pays big.

These and other games really showcase our range and how we cater to different player tastes and markets.


Besides the games themselves, what other services do you offer to BGaming partners and customers?

We know how crucial it is for casinos to keep players engaged and coming back. That’s why BGaming goes beyond creating games by offering custom content and promotional tools to help operators reach desired business goals while producing captivating products for players.

With over 200 branded games in our portfolio, customization has proven to be a powerful way to boost GGR, enhance player retention, and forge a stronger connection between players and casino brands. BGaming offers 3 levels of customization, tailoring games based on what players like at each casino and making the experience exclusive for them.

Our promo tools include B-Rush Challenges and BGaming’s Drops, which are already gaining popularity. We run regular Drops campaigns with unique themes and rewards to encourage users to play BGaming’s games more often, boosting player engagement and loyalty.

How do you see the gambling industry in Romania and what are BGaming’s plans in our country?

We see great potential in the Romanian gambling market and have been watching it grow quickly alongside our own expansion. Over the past year, we’ve partnered with well-known Romanian companies like Player Casino, operators Winbet, Superbet, and Maxbet, and the global supplier Skywind. These partnerships have helped us build a strong presence in Romania and introduce BGaming to many Romanian players.

As the gambling industry in Romania is set for continued growth, thanks to strong regulations, new technology, and increasing player demand, we will have more opportunities to innovate and expand in this dynamic sector. So, BGaming plans to integrate with more well-known Romanian operators by the end of the year.


What can we expect from the company you represent in the short and medium term future?

We expect to make DOUBLE noise in the market with our new releases! In July, BGaming’s launching some exciting titles: Aviamasters, a casual game with unique gameplay mechanics; Grand Patron, a cinematic online slot that dives into the world of cartel movies; and Gold Magnate, an exceptional board game.

Our focus is also on forming new partnerships in Romania initially. Looking ahead, we’re gearing up to expand actively in Europe, starting with Lithuania and moving to Bulgaria and Switzerland.

Furthermore, we’re rolling out our marketing tools — more B-Rush Challenges are coming. Alongside that, we’re keeping up our extensive summer Drop campaign. This means we continue giving out prizes to players during this sunny season, and there’s still a chance to join in.
