In light of recent legislative changes affecting the entire gambling industry in Romania, Fortuna Entertainment Group continues its traditional gaming operations through the Casa Pariurilor and Fortuna brands and is accelerating the process of operational adaptation and compliance with the new requirements applicable to land-based activities, currently maintaining a network of over 150 locations nationwide. At the same time, FEG Romania renewed its traditional fixed-odds betting licenses for both brands, Casa Pariurilor and Fortuna, in April 2026.
The operational adjustment process involves both closing certain locations in areas affected by the new regulations and continuing operations at other agencies, depending on local approvals and decisions.
