On September 11, at MaxFun Băneasa, the atmosphere was festive. Actors, directors, journalists, influencers, and curious spectators gathered at a meet-and-greet that created more of a community than a formal PR event. MaxBet also invests in culture and is becoming increasingly involved in the community. “Love Without Words,” directed by Octavian Iacob, is the first Romanian feature film to feature deaf actors, most of whom are making their debut, and sign language, demonstrating that love, emotion, and courage need no translation. Since September 19, the film has been showing in 73 cinemas across the country and is a notable success for a local production, but also for MaxBet, which financially supported this project and was directly involved in it.

According to the draft, street advertising would initially be restricted, from January 1, 2026, on all movable and immovable property in the public and private domain of the Municipality of Bucharest, subsequently (from September 1, 2026) advertising displays in the public and private domain of the Municipality of Bucharest would be restricted, and from January 1, 2029, the restriction would also apply to sporting events held on public and private property in the same municipality.
