Amusnet Romania Strengthens Market Position with Record Tournaments, New Releases, and Land-based Results for the first half of 2025
Amusnet Romania delivered a strong performance in the first half of 2025, maintaining strategic focus and operational excellence across all verticals. Through targeted land-based expansion, accelerated online engagement, and continued investment in its Live Casino portfolio, the company further solidified its position as a key player in Romania’s rapidly evolving gaming industry.

A major highlight of Q1 was Amusnet’s rapid progress in the land-based sector, where the company successfully scaled installations of its certified Type S slot cabinets, powered by the AmuseBox platform. These cabinets are now present in an increasing number of Romanian casinos, offering multi-game configurations tailored to both operator requirements and player preferences. As of mid-2025, approximately 600 machines have been installed across the Romanian market, receiving consistently positive feedback from both operators and players.
Leading operators currently using Amusnet’s Type S cabinets include Winbet, GameWorld, MaxBet, Magnum, LasVegas, The Jack, and Red Sevens, further underscoring the brand’s expanding footprint in the market. All newly installed machines are equipped with Jackpot Cards Plus, designed to boost engagement and player satisfaction with enhanced rewards and dynamic gameplay. Jackpot Cards Plus is a four-level progressive feature in which each level is represented by a card suit: Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts, and Spades. The feature is randomly triggered at the end of a game and includes two mini-games – a card-reveal round and the optional Wheel Feature.
Amusnet Cabinets
To further enhance the value of its cabinets, Amusnet is also focusing on the implementation of the Global Jackpot, a networked feature that requires a minimum of 50 connected machines. Amusnet Grand Tournament, held from 15 to 24 May, attracted a total of 518,719 registered participants, including 423,322 active players. The campaign exceeded expectations in both engagement and visibility, reaffirming Amusnet’s position as a key content provider in Romania’s regulated online market. The grand prize of 100,000 RON was awarded to a player from Betano, one of the country’s largest operators. Notably, most of the winning points were accumulated in the video slot 100 Bulky Fruits.
Building on this success, the Amusnet Romania Global Tournament, which ran from 12 to 18 June, launched with equally strong momentum. The 1,500 prizes were shared among all operators participating in the network tournament. First place was claimed by a player from Superbet.ro, who earned the majority of their points on the game 40 Burning Hot. The top 10 leaderboard featured winners from Luckyseven.ro, Betano.ro, MrBit, Winner.ro, and Stanleybet.ro.
