777 Deluxe Eldorado gaming room has been operating in Oradea for more than 3 years, representing the position of Eldorado 777 group’s flagship, while being among the most popular gaming rooms – if not the most popular – in Oradea. This room, together with the Eldorado 777 Poker Club located upstairs, have gained the leading position in the region, and by the continuous improvement of service quality in the next 1-2 years, it wishes to become one of the most significant gaming rooms in Romania.

We talked about the past, present and future with Nemes Attila, regional manager of SC Clasik Poker.

Due to Winner Club rooms, you have had a significant relevance in this region, even before the opening of the Deluxe room. Wasn’t it risky to open a new room in Oradea, with a new name?

Owners have always dreamed of that moment, when our group would obtain all the bases and recognition necessary to aim at a higher level and open a room offering premium services. We managed to find an ideal location for this goal, so everything was at our disposal to open Eldorado 777 Deluxe room in the center of Oradea, on the pedestrian street.

How hard was the launching?

I would say that the initial period was not so hard, but rather full of challenges, because this room is the largest in several respects, includes more devices, with a new name, so we expected a new clientèle because the existing rooms, Club Winner brand, already had a regular clientèle formed.

With the Deluxe room we’ve progressed step by step, and we tried every time to introduce something new.

Such a novelty was the Power Club.

That’s right. The opening of the power club meant a significant event in the life of Deluxe room, as it was a completely new service through which we were able to address another target group. Now we have reached the stage where the poker club is living in symbiosis with the gaming room. The Poker Club operates as an independent unit, with its own program, individual promotions, but at the same time, its participate in the 2017 promotion, Millionaire Club.

You mentioned the promotions, but we must not forget that the Deluxe room is also very known for the parties organized. Why do you consider these events important?

There are people who believe in the power of parties, and ones who don’t. Opinions differ in this respect even among administrators of rooms. We have organized parties in the Deluxe room from the very beginning, and we want to continue this tradition. Guests feel good, there are many guests who recall our events. This is what we believe in.

In addition, we believe that promotion is much more welcoming if it ends with a nice event.

Also, seasonal celebrations are just as important to us as the anniversaries of the Deluxe room.

Which party brings you the most beautiful memories?

It’s very difficult to choose only one party. Probably the party of the 3rd anniversary last August, attended by many players, even pedestrians on the street were involved in our spectacular programs. Another memorable event was the Halloween party, where the guests came dressed in different costumes, and we were in charge of the “terrifying” decorations.

This year’s party season was launched with a carnival party, to which we added the three day Carnival poker tournament, with prizes amounting to RON 80,000. This party was really memorable due to the frenetic show, and the room was overpopulated during the poker contest, which means a huge success of the poker team.

I should have mentioned among the first the closing event in December of the Space Project 2016 promotion, where the top prize worth RON 285,000 found its owner, and the event was broadcast live in all 26 gaming rooms.

If I’m not mistaken, even now you have a current promotion, independent of the Millionaire Club promotion.

“Deluxe Mini Run” promotion was launched in mid-January, and the final draw will take place on April 12th at the Easter party, where we will find out the lucky winner of the Mini vehicle. This promotion is intended exclusively to Deluxe customers, and it takes place together with the Poker Club.

Do you plan the opening of Deluxe rooms in other cities too?

Of course, our goal is to enter with the Deluxe brand in as many big cities as possible, which implies a huge preparation. More often than not, the hardest is to find a suitable location. However, if we open a new Deluxe room, under no circumstances we will decrease the level of services offered in Oradea. Am vorbit despre trecut, prezent şi viitor cu Nemes Attila, directorul regional al societăţii SC Clasik Poker.

Datorită sălilor marca Winner Club, dumneavoastră aţi avut o relevanţă semnificativă în această regiune, chiar şi înaintea deschiderii sălii Deluxe. Nu a fost riscant să deschideti o nouă sală în Oradea cu o nouă denumire?

Proprietarii întotdeauna au visat la acel moment, când grupul nostru îşi obţine toate bazele şi recunoaşterea necesară pentru a ţinti la un nivel mai înalt şi să deschidă o sală care oferă servicii premium. Pentru acest obiectiv am reuşit să găsim o locaţie ideală, astfel totul ne-a stat la dispoziţie pentru a deschide sala Eldorado 777 Deluxe în centrul Oradei, pe strada pietonală.

Cât de greu a decurs lansarea?

Eu aş zice că perioada iniţială nu a fost atât de grea, mai degrabă a fost plină cu provocări, deoarece această sală este mai mare din mai multe privinţe, include mai multe aparate, cu un nume nou, astfel ne-am aşteptat la clientelă nouă, fiindcă sălile deja existente, marca Winner Club au avut deja o clientelă obişnuită, formată.

Cu sala Deluxe am progresat pas cu pas, şi de fiecare dată am încercat să introducem câte o noutate.

O astfel de noutate a fost şi Clubul de Poker.

Aşa este. Deschiderea clubului de poker a însemnat un eveniment marcant în viaţa sălii Deluxe, întrucât a reprezentat un serviciu complet nou, prin care am reuşit să ne adresăm unui alt grup-ţintă. Acum am ajuns în faza în care clubul de poker convieţuieşte în simbioză cu sala de jocuri. Clubul de poker funcţionează ca o unitate independentă, cu program propriu, promoţii individuale, dar în acelaşi timp participă şi în promoţia 2017 Millionaire Club.

Aţi menţionat promoţiile, dar nu trebuie să uităm nici de faptul că sala Deluxe este foarte cunoscută şi pentru petrecerile organizate. De ce consideraţi importante aceste evenimente?

Sunt oameni, care cred în puterea petrecerilor, sunt care nu cred. Opiniile diferă în această privinţă chiar şi între administratorii sălilor. În sala Deluxe am organizat petreceri chiar de la bun început, şi dorim să continuăm această tradiţie. Invitaţii se simt bine, sunt foarte mulţi oaspeţi, care își amintesc de evenimentele noastre. Noi în asta credem.

Pe lângă aceasta, considerăm că o promoţie este mult mai primitoare, dacă aceasta se încheie cu un eveniment frumos.

De asemenea, sărbătorile sezoniere sunt la fel de importante pentru noi, ca şi zilele de aniversare ale sălii Deluxe.

Despre care petrecere aveţi cele mai frumoase amintiri?

Este foarte greu să aleg doar o singură petrecere. Probabil petrecerea celui de al 3-lea an de aniversare din august anul trecut, la care au participat enorm de mulţi jucatori, chiar şi pietonii de pe stradă au fost implicaţi în programele noastre spectaculoase. Un alt eveniment de neuitat a fost petrecerea de Halloween, în cadrul căreia invitaţii au apărut îmbrăcaţi în diferite costume, iar noi ne-am ocupat de decoraţiunile „înspăimântătoare”.

Anul acesta sezonul de petreceri a fost lansat cu un party de carnaval, la care am mai adăugat turneul de poker Carnaval de trei zile, cu premii în valoare de 80.000 RON. Această petrecere a fost chiar de neuitat datorită show-ului frenetic, iar în cadrul concursului de poker sala a fost arhiplină, ceea ce înseamnă un succes enorm al echipei de poker.

Ar fi trebuit să menţionez printre primele, evenimentul de închidere din decembrie a promoţiei Space Project 2016, unde premiul cel mare în valoare de 285.000 RON şi-a găsit stăpânul, iar evenimentul a fost difuzat live în toate cele 26 de săli de jocuri.

Dacă nu mă înşel, chiar şi în prezent aveţi o promoţie curentă, independentă de promoţia Millionaire Club.

Promoţia „Deluxe Mini Run” a fost lansată la mijlocul lunii ianuarie, iar extragerea finală va avea loc în data de 12 aprilie, în cadrul petrecerii de Paşte, unde vom afla norocosul câştigător  al autoturismului Mini. Această promoţie se adresează exclusiv clienţilor Deluxe, şi se desfăşoară împreună cu Clubul de Poker.

Planificaţi deschiderea unor săli Deluxe şi în alte oraşe?

Bineînţeles, scopul nostru este de a intra cu brandul Deluxe în cât mai multe oraşe mari, ceea ce implică o pregătire imensă. De cele mai multe ori, cel mai greu este să găsim o locaţie corespunzătoare. Dacă totuşi deschidem o nouă sală Deluxe, sub nici o formă nu vom scădea nivelul serviciilor oferite în Oradea. Un lucru este cert: dispunem de angajamentul de care avem nevoie în viitor.
