Casino Neuchâtel has plenty of experience with the DRGT system – as this casino chose DRGT right from the start. Today the Casino Neuchâtel team has been working together with DRGT for three years as this casino opened its doors for the first time in December 2012. Casino Neuchâtel are foarte multă experiență cu sistemul DRGT – pentru că acest cazinou a ales DRGT chiar de la început, de la deschidere. Casino Interlaken a venit la DRGT cu o solicitare de “ajutor” – sistemul lor a cedat. Problema a fost atât de gravă încât a afectat toate aparatele de joc. Cazinoul a fost forțat să închidă toate sloturile timp de șapte zile din cauza unor probleme la sistemul furnizorului anterior. „Ne-am confruntat cu pagube reale în ceea ce privește imaginea companiei noastre – a trebuit să reacționăm imediat. Furnizorul anterior de sisteme nu mai era o soluție viabilă pentru noi – am făcut alegerea conștientă de a trece la un nou furnizor de sisteme”, a explicat dl Oliver Grimm, CEO al Casino Interlaken. Această alegere a fost DRGT. Echipa de management a analizat experiența sistemelor din alte cazinouri elvețiene – iar feedback-ul pentru DRGT a fost copleșitor. În termen de patru săptămâni de la plasarea comenzii, DRGT a făcut instalarea completă. „Viteza de la comandă la implementare a fost excelentă”, a continuat dl. Grimm. „Echipa DRGT este extrem de profesionistă. Suntem foarte mulțumiți de sistemul DRGT și ne putem lăuda cu 12 luni de când sistemul lucrează excelent”.
