We have to choose between 19 online betting operators where we can legally play; the offer is limited and the legislation seems to have messed the fate of the bettors. Is it really that serious the things they say?
Increasingly more bettors complain about the current situation of the gambling market in Romania. Indeed, we don’t have access to hundreds of online betting agencies and nor to their promotional offerts. But we handled it better before implementing the new licensing system? Didi we made profit constantly before the autumn of 2015?
What has really changed?
The addicted are talking about the end of 2015 as they refer to the Apocalypse. Still, let’s see what had really happened:
- The operator who held the monopoly was suspended and lost its right to work in the local area;
- The number of betting agencies where we can play online was reduced to 19 variants, while the Romanian public was accustomed to have opening to hundreds of agencies;
- It was inserted the taxation (withdrawals) from online betting – as long as we don’t withdraw in one installment more than 15 000 Euro, we will pay only 1% tax on the proceeds.
For a very small percentage of those involved in the phenomenon, these changes have had negative effects. Hereby I refer to some smart guys, not sure if they can be considered bettors, but rather speculators.
Otherwise, the mass of bettors do not have anything to complain about at theis moment. Indeed, their results would not have been substantially altered by these changes – this moment in Romania, we have access to at least 5 caliber operators and the most famous office of Betting Exchange in the world.
Why it seem that it is becoming harder to win from betting?
These are the main motivations brought by bettors, when they are asked why they think it is harder to win today, although theoretically we live in an era where we have access to more tools, resources and information:
- The betting mafia is more active than ever – many of the games are rigged;
- The offer is too limited and we don’t have alternatives when we are limited.
- The betting agencies prohibit the use of the most profitable strategies;
These arguments are nothing but a series of excuses that are available to everyone.
Can we know exactly if the number of rigged matches was increased drastically?
If we are limited, can we play at Betting Exchange (where there are no limits) or offline?
Even if agencies have progressed and began to limit the applicability of the most effective strategies, where there no winning bettors always one step in front of operators and other players?

Let’s see what the betting agencies want to lead us and to act in reverse. Most operators offer bonuses for multiple bets. The more matches we bet on the ticket, the higher the bonus we will receive – if the ticket becomes the winner. Have you ever thought what the real purpose of this promotion is? What if we bet less events on the ticket, so few that we do not qualify for this bonus to any of the licensed operators?
Have you noticed that welcome bonuses, the power bets or the free bets are accompanied by a minimum rate that we must reach to be able to claim them? It seems that operators would not agree that we bet on odds of less than 1.40 … why is that? It’s not because we have more chances of winning?
Let’s not try the old formulas and strategies. The betting agencies were and are in a continuous development. What was true yesterday, most likely it is no longer applicable today. It is important to document about the old formulas and strategies, just for us not waste time testing them. If we failed to take advantage from them in the past, we will also fail today. The recipe for success can not be found either on the internet or in books, but must find in ourselves. Avem de ales între 19 operatori de pariuri online la care putem juca legal; oferta este limitată iar legislația pare să fi dat peste cap soarta pariorilor. Să fie oare lucrurile chiar atât de grave pe cât se vorbește?
Din ce în ce mai mulți pariori se plâng de situația actuală a pieței de gambling din România. Într-adevăr, nu mai avem acces la sute de case de pariuri online și nici la ofertele lor promoționale. Însă ne descurcam oare mai bine înainte de implementarea noului sistem de licențiere? Realizam profit în mod constant înainte de toamna lui 2015?
Ce s-a schimbat de fapt?
Împătimiții vorbesc despre finele lui 2015 ca și cum ar face referire la Apocalipsă. Totuși, haideți să vedem ce s-a petrecut cu adevărat:
- Operatorul care deținea monopolul a fost suspendat și și-a pierdut dreptul de a mai activa în plan local;
- Numărul caselor de pariuri la care putem juca online s-a redus la 19 variante, în condițiile în care publicul român era obișnuit să aibă deschidere la sute de agenții;
- S-a introdus impozitarea veniturilor (retragerilor) din pariuri online – atâta timp cât nu retragem într-o singură tranșă mai mult de aproximativ 15.000 Euro, vom plăti numai 1% impozit pe sumele încasate.
Pentru o foarte mică parte dintre cei implicați în fenomen, aceste schimbări au avut efecte negative. Aici fac referire la câțiva băieți deștepți, care nu știu sigur dacă pot fi considerați pariori, ci mai de grabă speculanți.
În rest, marea masă a pariorilor nu are de ce să se plângă în acest moment. Realmente, rezultatele lor nu ar fi avut cum să fie alterate în mod substanțial de aceste schimbări – în acest moment, în România, avem acces la cel puțin 5 operatori de calibru și la cea mai cunoscută casă de Betting Exchange din lume.
De ce ni se pare că este din ce în ce mai greu să câștigăm la pariuri?
Acestea sunt principalele motivații aduse de pariori, atunci când sunt întrebați de ce li se pare că este mai greu să câștige astăzi, deși teoretic, trăim într-o eră în care avem acces la mai multe unelte, resurse și informații:
- Mafia pariurilor este mai activă ca niciodată – o mare parte dintre meciuri sunt trucate;
- Oferta este mult prea limitată și nu avem alternative în momentul în care suntem limitați;
- Casele de pariuri interzic folosirea celor mai profitabile strategii;
Aceste argumente nu reprezintă altceva decât o serie de scuze care sunt la îndemâna oricui.
Putem știi cu exactitate că numărul de meciuri trucate s-a mărit în mod drastic?
Dacă suntem limitați, oare nu putem juca la Betting Exchange (acolo unde nu există limite) sau offline?
Chiar dacă agențiile au progresat și au început să limiteze aplicabilitatea celor mai eficiente strategii, oare nu au fost pariorii câștigători întotdeauna cu un pas în fața operatorilor și a celorlalți jucători?
Trăim în secolul vitezei și acest lucru ne influențează mai mult decât ne dăm seama. Dorim să obținem foarte multe într-un timp foarte scurt. Nu avem timp să așteptăm ca rezultatele să apară – vrem totul astăzi, acum.
Ce trebuie să facem pentru a ne spori șansele de câștig?

Și mai mult decât atât, de ce ne așteptăm ca lucrurile să se schimbe în bine dacă noi nu schimbăm de fapt, nimic? Atâta timp cât avem o evidență clară a pariurilor plasate, putem analiza istoricul pentru a ne da seama ce trebuie și ce nu trebuie să repetăm.
Să observăm ceea ce doresc casele de pariuri să ne inducă și să acționăm în sens invers. Majoritatea operatorilor propun bonusuri pentru pariuri multiple. Cu cât mai multe meciuri pariem pe bilet, cu atât mai mare va fi bonusul pe care îl primim – în cazul în care biletul devine câștigător. V-ați gândit vreodată care este scopul real al acestei promoții? Ce-ar fi să pariem cât mai puține evenimente pe bilet, atât de puține încât să nu ne calificăm pentru acest bonus la nici unul dintre operatorii licențiați.
Ați observat că bonusurile de bun-venit, cele de alimentare sau pariurile gratuite vin însoțite de o cotă minimă pe care trebuie să o atingem pentru a le putea revendica? Se pare că operatorilor nu le-ar conveni ca noi să pariem pe cote mai mici de 1.40… de ce oare? Nu cumva pentru că am avea șanse mult mai mari de câștig?
Să nu mai încercăm vechile formule și strategii. Casele de pariuri au fost și sunt într-o continuă dezvoltare. Ceea ce a fost valabil ieri, cel mai probabil nu mai este aplicabil și astăzi. Este important să ne documentăm vizavi de vechile formule și strategii, tocmai pentru a nu ne mai pierde timpul testându-le. Dacă nu am reușit să profităm de pe urma lor în trecut, nu vom reuși nici astăzi. Rețeta succesului nu poate fi găsită nici pe internet și nici în cărți, ci trebuie să o descoperim noi înșine. Operatorii urmăresc discuțiile și citesc toate cărțile de nișă – dacă cineva chiar dezvăluie o rețetă magică, aceasta va fi anihilată imediat.
