We talked to Alex Ciutan, Regional Sales Manager at Syswin Solutions, from whom we found out information of interest to all the operators in Romania regarding customized solutions for the needs of industry, technological innovations and differentiation points of the company on the gambling market.
What new things is Syswin preparing this year for the gambling industry?
This year, as in previous years, will be present at the Entertainment Arena Expo with the most reliable technologies in the field. We have prepared a booth that will have a central position and a greater visibility compared to previous editions, precisely to bring all our offer of solutions and services to the attention of operators and those interested.
What new solutions or offers will those interested discover during the event?
One of the main attractions will be the presentation of the Smart Gaming platform and its functionalities. We will talk about the ONJN reporting module, real-time monitoring, Jackpot settings, Happy Hour, etc. We will certainly discuss our range of marketing tools that include: fidelity cards, Infopoint for displaying accumulated points and automatic printing of raffle tickets.
Another solution that we have the chance to present within this event is the ATM cashless operating system, a game room solution, where withdrawing money from the ATM can be done either by use of fidelity cards or vouchers issued by machines (TITO).
